* When will my order be shipped?Because we have such a large in-stock inventory, we are able to ship 90% of orders within 24 business hours (holidays and weekends excluded) pending credit card verification. Please note that expedited shipping methods do not decrease this order processing time.
* How do I change quantities or cancel my order?If your order has not been shipped, we are happy to make changes to quantities, help you make another selection or cancel your order. If you know your AWF Account Manager, please contact them directly. If you don’t know who to call, please contact the AWF Sales Team at (813) 965.2889 or (813) 438.9544.
* I didn’t receive my order when expected. What do I do?When your order ships, we will notify you via an email that will include your tracking number. Some products may be on backorder. To determine order status, you may track your order progress by logging in to Your Account and selecting the Order Tracking link, call us at (813) 965.2889 or email us at support@accesswatchfl.com.

* When will my order ship?
Because we have such a large in-stock inventory, we are able to ship 90% of orders within 24 business hours (holidays and weekends excluded) pending credit card verification. Please note that expedited shipping methods do not decrease order processing time!
* Where is my product shipped from?We have several distribution warehouses throughout the United States. A significant percentage of product ships from the Northeast and Midwest. Please know that we may ship product from one or more locations depending on various factors. If you need product on a specific date, please select one of our expedited shipping options.
* How do I change quantities or cancel my order?If your order has not been shipped, we are happy to make changes to quantities, help you make another selection or cancel your order. * Do I pay sales tax at Accesswatchfl.com?We must charge sales tax if you are located in Minnesota or Florida. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to any other states at this time
* I need a copy of my receipt. Who can help me?Please login to your account, then select the Order Tracking link. You will be able to view your order history and details on any specific order. If you did not receive an email containing a receipt for your order, you may request a copy via email at support@accesswatchfl.com. Please add your order number to the subject line if possible to expedite processing. If you prefer to contact us by phone, please call (813) 965.2889 or (813) 438-9544.
* When is my credit card charged and is it safe?When you initially place your order, a reservation or hold for the order amount is placed with your card provider. Once we have shipped your order, we will then charge your credit card for the order amount. Typically, this process is all completed in the same business day.
Most definitely! Access Watch of Florida does not store customer credit card numbers on our systems/servers. This is the best way to ensure the safety of this information.
